Nothing a participant or a referring doctor touches is ever paid for or gated. It's their trial too. That isn't a plan, it's a rule.

Running a department, a network or an institution?

More than 25 seats, more than 10 sites per trial, multiple paid accounts under one organisation, a director's read-only oversight seat, or an invoice instead of a card. Talk to a person.

Add-ons, on any tier, only when you use them.

Each one passes through a provider's cost. Pay as you go, per trial, never billed in arrears.

Notifications from OurTrial need credit only. Plus $20 a month or $110 a year for two-way texting with your own number. Credit rolls over, top up any time. Warned at 20% and 5%, never charged past zero.

Annature cost shown or use your own DocuSign account for sites that require them. Signing on your device and returning it in OurTrial is free on every tier.

Foundation pricing, subject to change. Sydney hosting and the Privacy Act 1988 apply on every tier, free included. When prices change, existing subscribers keep theirs.

A trial you own that is recruiting or running. Drafts, archived trials and trials other people have granted you access to do not count. Free is one at a time; finish or archive it and start the next.

A person with an active grant on your trials: coordinator, investigator, delegate or site staff. The owner is included. Participants and doctors are never seats.

Up to five extra seats at $15 each, so 15 in total. Past that, Tier 2 is cheaper per seat and adds multi-site and the full dashboard.

Your trials and your team access are never affected, and you keep every record and every export. The paid features pause, and you cannot start new trials above the lower cap until you archive one or upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.

Sydney, on every tier. It never leaves Australia. The Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs apply to all of it.

Tier 1 is designed to go on a department card without a procurement cycle. For institutional accounts, invoicing and director seats, use Contact us and a person will set it up.
