Your home: pipeline first, then what needs you.

1. Trials find you

Studies recruiting for your patients, matched to your speciality.

Your feed shows trials in your speciality and the areas you choose to follow, with the eligibility in plain terms. Subscribe to a trial and message the team before you refer anyone.

A GP following cardiology sees cardiology trials. Generalists get a bounded primary-care set, not everything.
Subscribe from the trial page, then one thread per trial, kept in your inbox.

A trial card in your feed.

The referral pipeline.

2. Refer in three steps

Pick the trial, add your patient, write a note. Done.

Your clinical note and letter go to the trial team only. Your patient gets a separate message in your words and an invitation to apply. If they say "not right now", you see that too.

Attach a letter if you have one. It is held privately for the trial team and never shown to the patient.
They see your words and the trial, apply if they choose, or decline. Either way you see what happened.
Opened, applied, accepted into screening, enrolled. Built from what you are allowed to see, never invented.
3. Follow them through

You're on their care team. So you're in the loop.

When your patient adds you to their care team, you see where they are in the trial and hear when that changes: screening, enrolled, completed, or withdrawn. The trial team can share documents with you, pinned to that patient: a plan, a letter, a results summary. The folder you would never otherwise get.

Your patient adds you. You accept. Access is a consent boundary, set by them.
Uploaded by the coordinator, visible to you, kept with the referral.
Screening, enrolled, completed or withdrawn, in your feed and your digest.
